QBC GENERAL DISCRIPTION

Quality Building Contractors Ltd. is a private Building and Civil Engineering Construction Company registered in Zanzibar since year 2000 by a group of indigenous professionals who had been working together since 1985. We are registered with Contractors Registration Board (CRB) of Tanzania and Zanzibar Contractors Registration Board (ZCRB), both as Class One.

We have maintained one very clear objective, “Building relationships by building Trust”.  Since the inauguration, we have successfully completed over 200 unique projects of all sizes for our various Clients.  That explains why we rank as one of the top Construction firms in Zanzibar, and Tanzania in general.

We use value engineering into every project, with intent to finish projects within budget, within intended duration, and with standard of works which our clients expect from us.  We always make the above three our first priority because we believe they are the main criteria of a successful project.  We look for solutions to challenges before they become problems.

We make commitments and we keep them.

Obviously all the above could not be successful without a strong technical know-how of my partner in life and in work, and a strong commitment of every member of our company. It is therefore a tribute to their skills and determination that QBC is now well placed to continue its journey to success, and I remain privileged to guide them through that journey.
